Questions

Does tab email my clients?

No. It drafts the note; you open it in your own email or copy it. Nothing is sent by tab.

How does it pick who to show?

Clients with a paid invoice and no work or invoices for 30 days or more, ranked by what you've billed them and your real rate with them.

Can I hide someone?

Yes. “Not now” hides them for 30 days; sending a check-in hides them for two months.
